Overview
Join Ven. Dekhung Gyaltsey Tulku Rinpoche for a weekend retreat in November. This is a unique opportunity to discover and practice the Mahayana meditation methods of Lojong (mind training) and Tonglen (taking and sending).
These simple yet profound practices are celebrated and practiced within all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism and offer a complete and accessible path to transform the heart and mind. Rinpoche will teach from Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye’s commentary on the classic text.
This 2-day retreat is suitable and applicable for beginners as well as long-term practitioners.

Overview
Join Ven. Dekhung Gyaltsey Tulku Rinpoche for this special retreat in which participants will be introduced to the transformative Vajrayana practices of White Tara and Orgyen Menla.
With empowerments and detailed practice instructions offered for both, participants will receive the appropriate permissions, knowledge and immersive experience to engage in these significant and ancient practices. You will be empowered to practice these after the retreat on a daily basis.
The Orgyen Menla practice alleviates short-term sickness, deep-seated chronic illnesses, and emotional distress by pacifying elemental disturbances in the body while long-life White Tara practice offers protection, purification and the removal of internal obstacles.
